Ellioti Spawning (Video)

well i havent been on here in a while so i thought id post a vid of my breeding pair of ellioti spawning just to see if people are interested in these guys.

they are in a rio 125 with a jbl crital profi e900 external filter (took the nasty black box out)

When my Kribs spawn, I just find it so fascinating!

yea its great walked into my room before and caught em so thought id get in on video i never managed to watch my apisto's and convicts spawn so im glad i managed to catch this

just to update i now have little wrigglers i cant get a shot of them cos the parents moved them into a coconut shell but will add piccys when they are free swimming the parents are doing a great job of caring as cichlids usually do. i am looking forward to swhen they are free swimming

i know i have bred convicts and apisto's before but never caught them in the act of spawning i will post a vid of the fry free swimming when i can. the colours are amazing on the male the video doesnt really do them much justice i reckon there is roughly about 200 babies no doubt that will decrease a bit.
