Electric Blue Ram Lump on Head

Hi,
I’m wondering if anyone can identify this lump on my electric blue ram’s head. It seems to be getting bigger slowly.

Community Tank: 2 Opalone Blue Gourami, 2 Adult Angelfish, 1 juvenile Angelfish, 2 platinum Rams, 2 electric Blue Rams 3 Siamese Algae Eaters

(Done with Esha Test)
Tank recently dosed fully with Esha Hexamita and one tablespoon of Epsom Salt (200L) for constipation of the Angels.
