Electric Blue Cichlid Problem

hi I ordered 4 cichlid of the internet and 1 of them females has a bent face ive seen her eat and swimming fine.just wonted to know will it affect her as she grows. any suggestions.

Looks like a male. But to your question, it should be fine, it grew up to that size with it.

Thats the problem with mail order - you dont get to see the fishies before you buy them. Such a shame but the little one seems to be doing okay - survived thus far.

Perhaps it is a more recent injury and may heal with time. Think of it this way - at least you will always be able to distinguish this fish form the rest. Think it deserves a good nick-name. Ugly Jo, or something along those lines. (Maybe an east-end of london Rough and tumble name would suit)
