I was trying to locate one of my smaller fish last night as it had gone awol and noticed there are some small 'C' shapes with what looks like white eggs in on the back of the internal filter housing, i'm not sure a fish could get in there and i have had some snails, but before i got rid of them i just wanted to try to find out if they are indeed snail eggs or if they could be eggs from my zebra danios.

the fish did turn up, i can only think it had got inside the filter as it was nowhere to be found until i tipped it out!

cheers

Danios are scatters, it'd be an odd place for danio eggs, especially as they're non adhesive they should just bounce off to the substrate. Indidently as far as I know danios scatter them over the substrate anyway so the filter is especially unlikely to be targeted
