Ebjd In A 20 Gal Tank?

I have been looking through fish species and wondered if a electric blue jack dempsey would be ok to keep in a 20 gallon tank.
Ive heard they are beautiful fish and do not grow as big as normal jack dempseys

They can be extremely hard to get feeding properly.
And are certainly not suitable for 20gal.
40gal is neccesary for a healthy fully grown fish.
