Earthworm Kinda Looking Worm In My Tank

Hi all

just got in and thought i would see how my new cherry shrimp were getting on and i found this worm??

its sort of pink in colour thin but probably about 3-4 inches long.

is it safe, im presuming its not the only one but i have done some rescaping so may of disturbed it.

im not gonna worry about it, if it is harmless.......

never come across this before, i have eco complete substrate.

I don't know a thing about worms but it sure does look a lot like an earthworm... maybe one got in during packaging?
