How does she look.
Any red markings on her or streaks.

She's still writhing, not so much now.
I've turned the lights off so she isn't so stressed (being so close to the lights).

There are no visible red marks on her.

I can't really tell when a fish looks in pain
But her writhing suggests she is not feeling great.

I know it is a bit hard, they will look sad, look at her eyes.

Give her abit more time, if she still wrigging I think I would end her suffering, she didn't look right in the video.
