Just spent the last half hour, trying to count my Copper Harlequin shoal.
I kept coming up with eleven, when I know that I should only have ten.

I went away, came back...one, two, three, etc...again...eleven.

To be fair to the little beauties, they stayed together and in a handy corner of the tank.
Eleven.

There should only be ten.

One was a cherry barb.

Had that been 11 copper harlequins, one extra bonus, that would have been the cherry on top………..

boom tishhhhhh

no?!

I’ll get my coat

*taxxxiiiii*

Would photographing them help?

So...
1. When was the last time you counted them?
and
2. Was one smaller than the others?
🤔

I'm fairly sure I have 7 corydoras. But I swear sometimes I count 8. And generally I only see 5 or 6 at same time. What complicates things further is I only bought 6. I think the two or three including my only 2 girls die but not after producing several babies.

And they are like 10 times the size of your rasbora....
