i think water with 10x dechlorinator will get rid of bleach a little bit. i think bleach's chemical formula is NaOCl, so the dechlorinator breaks off the cl and the rest of it breaks apart(correct me if im wrong). or just add some ammonia and the bleach and the chlorine will turn back into gas(very dangerous and can kill you very painfully if you inhale it) its pretty much just low grade mustard gas. not sure if the compound formed by the ammonia and bleach is safe for fish, but the chlorine is gone
