Does Anyone Know An Lfs In The Midlands With A Good Plec Selection

Do you have an upper price limit? Depending on species they can get quite expensive! I hate paying a lot of money. £10 per fish was the most I've paid!

not really, i know zebras are very expensive even at a small size, but i would prefer something not too small to begin with. i guess i dont mind paying up to about £50 ish.... my most expensive fish to date is £70 so i guess £50 isnt too bad

as you know Truck i went there before i came to collect the plants and i also found it very expensive compared to other maidenheads. a shame as i could have bought plenty of stock in there as they had some good fish....
they had small gold stripe corys at £22 each and small red spotted sevs at £20 each compared to maidenhead at stapleton where i bought gold stripes at £9 each that were bigger

they are very similar to the bronze cory in size, they do seem to be quite hard to source as ive been looking to up my numbers but it seems only private breeders have them at the minute.... not sure why although they are seasonal so maybe its just the wrong time of year! same applies for the green stripes, ive paid £17 each for some quite small wild ones from sweet knowle aquatics as this is the only place i know of that has them in stock but they are rather small....

Take a look at Prestwood Petzone, there stock list is online, http/www.prestwoodpetzone.com/aquarium-fish-for-sale.html I dont know much about plecs, so they might have what your looking for.

Hollybush is highly unlikely to have what your looking for and IME if they did, wouldnt be in good condition. A&D rarely stock unusual plecs.

Coxwell aquatics is another good store, but again not sure on their stock, but they will be happy to tell you over the phone, http/www.coxwellaquatics.co.uk/

Hi Mattlee I just got back from A+D aquatics at the moment they have L007, L036, clown plec and a bulldog plec in stock! Also a large gold nugget £100! Just thought I would let you know!

They are on the right hand side by all the cichlids! But before the discus! I go there quite often!
