which barbs? most wont be able to no, as they are nippy! but a nice 3-5g tank will do one nicely =]

well these rosy barbs are long finned themselves!

well im close by so can they mix with my fish? long finned rosy barbs, 6-8 mollies (will decide when fry grow up) and possibly a catfish (getting one soon)?

hmm well ive heard some conflicting advice on whether they nip or not! you can only try it, but have a back up plan, youll never know when he may not like his tankmates or they wont like him!

If its the 20g you are planning to put him in to why not have a look at deviding a 4 - 5 gal section off one end for him?

well, if all goes wrong i have a net for temoprary safety and a 2g with no heater but i get one if all goes wrong!

i could add him, if all goes wrong i could put him in the net and buy a divider

where are you from sami? and what one would you be interested in as the first blue one would probably be the best to try if having in a comunity as he was with three WCM before and had no problems where as the purple and the yellow are quite feisty and may cause trouble!

im in cardiff, and willing to try this! i love betta's but have never had one will he cost? i could trade with molly fry if you like

no im happy for you to have him free as long as you look after him!! Also would throw in a small amount of pellet food to get you started
They have all been fed on a mix of either hikari bio gold or atisons betta pellets then either frozen bloodworm or live brine shrimp and now and again a pea to clear them out lol!!

r u sure i have 30 molly fry and would rather a nice home than an overcrowded tank in the store for them. oh and i would love him

, when can i get him btw? and how? my dad will be anoyed that im talking to someone online like this.....
