Do Siamese Fighting Fish Need A Heater In Their Tank

lucky i live in new zealand and im 11 years old and my stupid pet esentials charges a 3 gallon tank for 196 dollars

very strange my friend has a betta in the same bowl ive got with lots of plants and his betta absolutely loves it it has a heat he changes the water reguraly and the tank is very clean

if the betta dies i will sell the bowl for the full price on buy and sell new plymouth and save up for a bigger tank and buy it on ebay and then buy another siamese fighter

holly molly just found a 30 gallon tank on ebay new zealand for $4.70 and my bowl was 30 dolars change of plan lol

if tanks are expensive buy a vase

i could get a 3gallon vase for 4 euros

i cant aford a 3 gallon tank im not that rich hahah im not sure how big the bowl is i will take a photo for you guys to see

sorry i cant post a photo the stupid computer we have borowed while our computer is getting fixed hasnt got blue tooth so i can get the photo off my phone

all i know is that the pet store keeps the bettas in small close to 15 liter tank each and i have been keeping track of one hes been in the same heated filted 15 liter tank for 1 year

and also why so expensive its cause all this pet store cares about is money and it the only pet store i my town

i just red a documentary about them it says they need at least 18.6 liters to swim in and my bowl is 1,5 gallons

At least they told you that you need a heater. I rescued mine from the coldwater section,he was in a tank full of rosy barbs and the temp was about 17 degrees on the thermometer  It was awful, he was motionless but they are definitely tropical. They need to train their staff better. A little common sense goes a long way.

so sad have a go at the staff for putting him in a tank with no heater lol

ok so the pet store has crowntails veil tails and orchids what are orchid betta s ???????????
