Do I Need Another Filter?

I have a 3ft tank which is appox. 200litres, I have in it 2 heaters as I have not got round to getting a bigger one yet the temperature is currently sitting at 27C which from previous experience I have learned is about right, In the tank we have a Fluval U4 but I think we may need a bigger one or even another one at other side of the tank? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I currently run a Whisper 3070fs, a AquaClear 50, and 2 corner filters in my 55 gallon tank. Water is crystal clear and plenty of filtration. In my 20 gallon I run a Whisper 20ex and a corner filter. Basic rule is run a filtration system that will turn your water over at double the amount of water in the tank. So If you have a 200 litre tank, You should have a filter that can handle upto 400 litres. Atleast, that is my understanding. i could be wrong though. IMO, I prefer alot of filtration.

I think you need to be looking at closer to 4x turnover, not 2x.

I'd rather has more filtration than not enough.. Buy a power head and make one using that power head and a bottle with the media of your choice..
