Hi,i have heard from a reliable source that harlequin sharks eat other fishes mucus coating, obviously leaving them open to infection.Has anyone else seen this or heard of this? If it is true it explains a lot in my tank!!

Most of the bottom dwelling shark species will nibble at mucas coatings of other fish but black, blue and harlequin sharks being more aggressive tend to do it more than their smaller cousins the redtailed and rainbow sharks. I had to get rid of a black shark last year as it was trapping fish agaainst the glass and nibbling them at night.
