Dither Fish For Keyholes

Mine are settled in lovely and not shy but being such a big tank does look bear and want a shoal of small fish to contrast the space with that won't add a lot to the bioload, I am totally loved up with mine and just won the wickedest bit of bogwood with a huge hole in it for them to chill in, so when they are doing that, I need fish in the tank that will stay in the open water whilst the keyholes hang back a bit

i would suggest rummies but i know you want something with more colour. i still think harlequins are your best bet (not the copper ones btw)

how about some gold barbs, i think they are one of the best coloured fish. very active and good eaters

Nick- I am not really after 'colour' as in blue, red, orange etc. more really that whatever colour the dither fish is, not to be too wishy washy or non descript, if that makes sense, as the keyholes are rather plain, it's their faces and personalities I love and the black stripes, but i have to say their general body colour is rather tame, so a shoal of fish with a depth rather than colour, without clashing with the muted pinky tones of the keyholes and pandas
I think the harly is a good contrast, as is the gold barb, i like the idea of black phantom or black widow as well
I am not keen on cardinals or rummies anyway as i don't like red in fish, I am a bit fussy can you tell

serpae tetras are nice i have 5 in with my apisto and they are nice and there fast and they took a little beatting from the apisto to start but it didnt really look like it hurt them they seem quite hardy

I've gone for female black ruby barbs and ticto barbs because their colouration is similar to my pandas and keyholes, I will just to watch for aggression issues but truly they are so dippy the lot of them, but already the keyholes had come out to see what fun they are having. Sadly got a male ruby thrown in and I don't like red fish so he's going back to the shop!

My tank isn't big enough for Silver Dollars Acara Man, I am guessing you must have around 200 gallons
