Disinfecting A Quarintine Tank

The last fish in my quarintine tank died from a bacterial disease called aeromonas. What would be the best way to clean it so the next fish in here doesn't catch this disease?

I use 1 part bleach to 20 parts water, then rinse thoroughly. Double up on dechlor when you fill it and it's ready to use.
