There are 7 Discus and i have alot of other crap you shouldnt put in with them so im getting rid of alot of stuff but are these okay to stay......... 2 plecs, 2 rams, 11 neons.

was thinking about keeping my clown loaches and yoyo loaches but i think there too active for a discus tank

I'd keep the neons (upgrade them here and there to cardinals up to 2 dozen) loose both of the plecos and replace with bristlenoses (same job just less /size waste to polute the discus with), rams should be OK but loose the the loaches, just my 2cents

Get rid of the bristlenose plecos and your common plec all together, they will suck the slime coat off discus eventually killing them.

Also, replace your neons with cardinals because
a)Neons wont be able to take the heat of a discus tank but Cardinals will
b ) Neons will get eaten where as cardinals wont
HTH :)

Why bristlenoses when they are the same size as plecs?

Bristlenoses get up to 6" max where plecos cen get from 1'-2', big difference.
