your not kidding there wilder, it does knock them right back and i think if there's any disease in the tank after a worming it will come out,strange we worm to make em better, and it makes them weak and they pick up other illnesses,,kenny

I know if the parasite dosn't kill them the worming med can. It is abit of a risk but worth doing.

Discus are looking OK today. I'm continuing with a course of Sterazin and heat treatment. They have had a 5 day course of mediated food for worms, so they should hopefully be clean by the end of the week. They look it already at a glance, though some gill clamping is still going on.. (could be the meds caursing it though...)

P.S. Food medicated with Levamisole does not knock them out as much as Flubendazole, but they can taste it and are a bit reluctant to eat it...

my discus get there 3rd treatment today,must be something in it another pair laid eggs last night,that's 2 pair,i know they wont hatch but nice to see them interested in breeding,best of luck with yours,,kenny
