Diffuser For 400 Litre Tank

Looks like a nice bit of kit that :) I presume you have to run the outlet from the filter into it?
Yep, The filter outlet goes in the top and the return to the tank comes out from the bottom.

Out of curiosity, have you noticed any loss of pressure from your filter?
There is undoubtably some loss of flow of water but it's not enough that I have really noticed.

. It comes as standard with 16mm connectors but the seller says he is able to supply with different size connectors if required.

Hi James

Looks pretty good to me, I think I may have to invest in one.

Quick question are the 16mm connectors for a 12mm internal or 16mm Internal

Thanks
Dave

The standard connectors are for tubing with an internal diameter of 16mm. They will if you ask supply it with connectors for a 12mm tube. btw their english is very good.

First results with this reactor are very good. I've had to reduce the bubble rate a bit as the tank Ph was going a bit low and causing the fish a bit of stress. This shows that the reactor is more efficient than my old internal reactor. I notice by evening time there is a bit of gas build up in the chamber which I believe is the saturated oxygen in the water gassing out, but by morning has all gone. Doesn't seem to affect CO2 absorbtion in any way.
