Erm....
You need dechlorinator to start with, it may not be the direct cause of the deaths but it will most likely be contributing to it.
I'd advise some Seachem Prime which'd help with any toxicity problems you may already have......
Are there any changes in the fishies behaviour before they die?

you HAVE to add dechlorinator, chlorine and other things in tap water are deadly to fish, the dechlorinator helps remove these, i suggest you get some dechlorinator/water safe and follow the link i posted in your other topic the best you can
