Cycling A Tank Look For Some Suggestions

Started cycling a 60g long and since i'm new to cichlids i thought i would ask the interwebs for some advice.  i'm looking to get some of the 5 inch variety or at least around there.  i have been looking around the different shops and websites to see what kinds i like. i really like the peacocks so any suggested tank mates would be great.  The red fin zebra was a close second so if anyone has had this combo work or knows its a no no i would love to hear suggestions on both.

A bit good news I have peacocks and red fin zebras in a larger tank and they don't seem to bother each other
I would suggest that you buy your fish as fry and not only is it fun watching them grow, they also grow together and not killing each other for territory.
Also the more hiding places the better, also slightly overcrowd your tank as it spreads the aggression a bit

thanks for the tip on the fry. it makes sense that there would be less aggression
