Cycling A 75 Gallon Tank Question....

I'm cycling a 75 gallon tank with a bio filter and a canister filter. I also have an established 29 gal with two fluval filters. I was going to take my dirty filters from the fluvals and use them to cycle to new tank. I'm just not sure the best way to do this, should I add them to the the bio filter system or add them to the canister filter? or does it really matter? Also, with this amount of filtration would I be safe to raise five or six clown loaches? Thanks
