pimafix and melafix are good natural remedies, between the two of them you can cure most basic stuff like fin rot, pop eye, etc, ws3 is for ich, myaxin is a good strong anti bac med for dealing with bacterial infections. that covers off all the main problems you can have. there are other things but you can't be expected to keep every single medication in all the time.
best to ask them what their parameters are for pH and nitrate. if they're a long way off yours then you just need to do a drip acclimitisation, if they're close then acclimitise as normal.
