One of my customers asked me this question:
Hi! I’m looking for a kind of snail I once had, they eat a red algae that is in tank . They don’t reproduce like crazy, and don’t destroy plants. Do you have any of these? I’m sorry, I can’t remember the name …
Any idea what snail they are talking about?

That's all I can think of. Nerites tick all their boxes - though I would also add that mine eat green as well as red algae
