CRUEL

the pictures, but the other things arent

whats supposed to be disgusting?

I see a 10 gallon tank in a box, nothing cruel about that, better than a 10 gallon tank out of a box, in some regards. It looks like there tanks are a bit overstocked but I'll bet that those fish acctually live in the tanks, as apose to fish that are photoshopped in, Also I'd say its under light for a reef but seeing as all they have in there is a sarcophyton all should be fine. in fact, the very fact that they bothered to host that clarkii in a toadstool rather than an anemony gives me great confidence in there abilities as reef keepers, even if I do think there decorating skills are lacking

They are all particularly taccy, but the picture frame one is the worst. And it says you can use it to house a goldfish!!!!!

Ben

While I don't think I personally would own any of them, and there is NO WAY a goldfish belongs in a 1 gal. But for the picture frame ones, I do have to say atleast they have some swimming room. I have seen some on ebay that hold a few gallons of water, but are only 3" wide!

And people wonder why there are so many fish being needlessly killed or suffering. Ignorance of the fishkeeper fooled into thinking such ppl are professionals and you can do these things safely. Yes. I am disgusted.
Hugs,
P.
P.S:The customised big tanks are nice tho.

The desktop frame tank is a 1 gallon and does allow more swimming room than the ones I have seen that hang on the wall.

The easle one does not say how much water it holds, but they say it is great for a betta, which is tank designer code word for "This tank is way too small for anything."

As far as the treasure chest, that is cute, I think. It is a good idea, wish I had thought of it.

I despair at the constant ever-seeking for novelty - whats wrong with showing off your fish in a completey obvious way, in their tank, without having to resort to gimmicks like a treasure chest? Don't agree with this I'm afraid. And as for the picture frame and info.........

I apologize, I didn't scrolldown and as a result didnt see the other products. Sory to criticize.

You'd think if they were going to promote their tanks that they would at least SpellCheck: 'perfect for a goldfish or beta.'

I actually think the treasure chest one is okay... not my taste but it's not particularly cruel. As for that frame though..... a dead fish in a frame isn't something I want hanging over my kitchen table.

fish belong in tanks or the sea. putting them in a pic frame or bubble tower is just cruel. sometimes i wonder what people would have to say if we did this to other animals or even humans!

P.S U NEED TO SCROLL DOWN AFTER OPENING LINK!

I must admit I've seen far worse, although I agree the picture frame and easel are not at all adequate for any fish.

My main concern is that they are giving out the typical "advice" that goldfish can be kept in such small aquaria.

The bubble towers aren't for fish, it even says so on the site. Not that I'm condoning it. But people will do anything to make a buck these days.
