The silver fish in the photo with red under fins and red back fin. It’s about 5 inch long

Specific species is Barbonymus altus. Can be distinguished from the other commonly traded species, Barbonymus schwanenfeldii, by the lack of 2 black stripes on the upper and lower lobe of the caudal fin.

Agree on the species. And as another member rightly mentioned, this fish needs a group or it will become skittish and often aggressive. At 8 inches/20 cm this means a 5-foot tank minimum. It is an active swimmer. And will eat smaller fish.
