Yellow labs will pretty much go with anything as they are one of the more docile species. It is one of the first fish I got.
I love the Mdoko and also metriaclama zebra " maisoni reef"(I have some coming from midlandmalawis myself).
Juvies will take a while to grow, there are afew which take ages (like the Polits). As you are starting from scratch I would not worry so much about how fast they grow as they can be little blighters even when they are small!
