Cory Catfish with broken/bent spine

Hi there, I came home just barely and found my cory cat upside down with a bent spine, I flipped him over to find that he was still alive but unable to move much. I have no clue what to do.

Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.

Maybe do a water change and gravel clean the substrate.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
