Coronavirus...post your thoughts here...

I am glad that travel from Europe to the US has been closed for 30 days. That seems like the proper thing to do. So far no shut downs at work, but we have a corporate visit coming :( So I am sure they will drill all of us in handwashing :(

I think its a good idea. Its insane to let potentially infected people into the country even if they have been screened. I think the proper precautions are being taken. After this is all over the market will climb again

Does anyone else think it’s funny that this thread has 19 pages? :rofl:

By the way I went to Walmart yesterday, and there was no sanitizer or rubbing alcohol. They even had a sign that said, “We are all sold out of sanitizer, sorry for the inconvenience.” They were also all sold out of toilet paper. Good thing I snatched the last pack! :hey:

In my country they higher the price of mask from 2$ a box to 60$ a box, how crazy. Stupid ripoff.
 
Even the mask and toilet paper have the same price for example; before and after covid, Mask 2$ a box to 60$ a box, hand gel 4$ to 15$, toilet paper 2$ a pack to about 20$. Crazy I dont even know what they thinking, we supposed to help eachother not higher up the price :mad:
 
Well, I drove into town today and went to BigW. There were 2 workers there that had a cold or flu virus. They had running sniffly nose, watery eyes and were sneezing on the clothing.

When infected people willingly go into work, then there is a problem. These 2 middle aged female workers should not have been at the shop and have contaminated a huge section of stock at the shop. Who knows how many people will be infected because of them.

In addition to this, most of the people at the shopping centre didn't seem to care. Hundreds of people walking along staring at their phones and not even noticing other people that were sneezing and coughing around them. It was insane, almost like they had no cares in the world and weren't worried about the bug.

That's just greedy uncaring people who will do anything for a dollar. Unscrupulous people feeding on others.
 
They are just trying to get more money. It’s ridiculous.

Speaking of getting more money. Did you guys know that in a restaurant, if they ask, “Is that for here, or to go?” You should always answer “To go”. Do you know why? Because they will charge you extra tax if you say for here, because it’s an in store tax. :rolleyes:

That’s the problem. People just don’t care anymore. They don’t care if anyone around them gets sick, as long as they don’t get sick. :/

Not just that government dont even do a thing...i mean all of the store high the price why dont they do anything im mad rightnow.
