I have my 72 gal set up for 4 mo now. I have 40 lbs live rock and 10 lbs base rock (will be adding live gradually). I have a snowflake eel, a fire fish, a clown fish, 2 emerald green crabs, sandsifting star fish and 20 turbo snails.

Is there a coral that will be ok under basic lighting? i have a twin strip light at the moment. I will be upgrading to the Coralife Lunar Aqualights Compact Fluorescent Strip Lights in feb. which will allow me to step into the coral keeping. But at the moment i just want to get my feet wet. My water paramaters are excellent and do a water change on a bi weekly basis.

i have been reading that some brains need little to moderate light but wanted to get some opinions. Can be soft, hard, feather dusters, mushrroms etc.

Thanks in advance

Mushrooms and zoanthids are generaly OK under lower light levels than some other corals although even they may have problems under 2 tubes, 3 or 4 tubes would be much better for now.
