Coolie Loaches Online Store

I want to get a couple coolie loaches for my tank but there are no stores in my area that sells them, I've ordered fish online before from liveaquaria.com but I only see "Black Kuhlii loaches" there, are there any reliable online stores that have regular Coolie/Kuhlii loaches? Second question are black kuhliis the same as regular ones (not counting the color) size maybe?

The have listed Pangio semicincta and Pangio anguillaris.
 
A friend of mine often sells them but she has none in stock right now.
