I have a 60l tank currently containing:
3 corydoras catfish
1 male swordtail
2 female swordtail
3 black tetras
3 neon tetras

Could I also add any and how many of the following:

Female Swordtail
Male Balloon Platy
Female Balloon Platy Male Molly (Balloon?)
Female Molly (Balloon?)
Male Guppy
Female Guppy
Female Siamese Fighting Fish

I also have a 19l tank (currently empty but fully cycled) could I have:

1 male fighter
3 endlers
5 ghost shrimp

The 19L stocking could work, that's 5 US gallons, isn't it? I've seen signatures on here with similar setups in 5 gals, so that would probably be fine.

The 60L, however, is already inapropriately stocked. The tetras and cories need to be in groups of 6+ per species, and I have a funny feeling that swordtails do better in larger setups, 75L to 110L would be better for them. You should sort out the current setup before adding any other fish. I would either rehome the sword tails or buy a larger tank for a start off. If you keep with the same tank, I would keep 1 tetra species and up the numbers to about 8-10, then up the corys to 6-8. If you were to upgrade to a larger tank, you would be able to simply add to the current stock. If you were to go this route, you would want the corys and tetras in groups of 6+ and I'd add another female or two as well, just to ensure agression and pressure is minimal on the females.
