Tank inhabitants right now:

6 neon Tetra
6 Cardinal Tetra
4 Black Phantom Tetra
3 Golden Pencils
4 Otocinclus(sp)
8 Male Guppies
1 Red Tailed Black Shark
2 Rubbernose Pleco
2 Gold Gourami

All seem happy together, but its been suggested that the RTBS may have to come out if we see him get aggressive. So he is being watched.
Any other comments/problems? Thanks.
Also, thoughts on adding 2 or 4 more Oto and several Glass Catfish?

All I'd do is increase the shoals of Tetras and Pencil fish so there is at least six fish of each species. Glassfish also need to be in decent numbers. They can be pretty nervous fish.
Everything else sounds fine ;)

The phantoms are happy as 4, they often jump in with the neons/cardinals. The pencils also do this. One pencil in particular seems to think he is an oto ;)

The tank is 120*40*40cm, with a great deal of surface turbulence.

I would have more phantoms...but then you know what I'm like! :)

do you know the sex of the gouramis? They can sometimes get territorial/aggressive especially if there's two males.
