I broke 1/2 a 2 part glass lid when I was trying to clean it and it slipped 3 months ago.

It was actually a lid for my 20 gallon long, It went really well, I followed what you said about stirring above the sand. Didn't pick up any sand except sand dust. Thanks

You can make a little tornado with your siphon. Heard about it and gonna try it out tommorow.
Tommorow is 2 weeks since I put salt in the tank.

I think a typhoon would be more apt, and with typhoons you can name them. No one ever names a tornado

I was going to check at a plexiglass place in town to see if the can replace it. Do not really need it now since my RES turtles are using the tank and no top is better for them in the summer.

I found a website that cuts perspex to a specific size and thickness if that helps? That can round corners and polish the edges too
