in ur sig it says you have 1 male and 1 female betta in ur 72 gal, i would advise you take your molly out of the 2.5 gal and put ur betta in the 2.5 instead and add the molly to the 72 gal.you should not have 1 male and 1 female bettas together as you can come across all sorts of probs but i advise you post this in the betta section as theres many people who will give you great advice there.

Nothing, as such, but they're likely to be fairly stressed, although they do have other species to school with. why do you need to move the neons into the 2.5? If you can't do wter changes, why can't you just leave it empty?

how long should i keep the molly in the transitioning stage?
