Columbian Tetra Aggression?

Hi, as some of you may know i recently bought a group of 5 Red Fin tetra's for my tank, one of them is obviously showing dominance and keeping the rest together on one side of the tank whilst he has the rest of it. Would this aggression be dispersed if i added another 5 or would it be the same? Will they settle in time once the heirachy has been sorted?
