colour change and two white spots

Its been 6 months since my betta came to me, initially he look sooo amazing and broad fins and beautiful vibrant colour, i fed him basic food which is available in market... since one month i have seen some changes in my betta
1. size of fins decreasing
2. he prefers being at the bottom
3. colour changed from dark blue to brown
4. 2 spots on body
5. no intake of food
6. least activity

im worried alot because i stay in mumbai and there is no good aquarium shop to get the guidance
also the temperature of mumbai is low and its rainy season

Hello

I have no idea what aquarium products you can get in India. Do you have anything that makes the water safe? If you have, then change half the water every day for a week and see if he improves.

What do the spots look like? Are they small and bright white or large, grey and fluffy looking?

If you don't have a heater and filter, get one. What size tank are you keeping him in?

Sounds to me you might have a bit of fin-rot going on, which is caused by poor water quality. The bad water will also cause him to act listless, change color and stop eating.

Definitely start doing daily water changes of about 50%. Can you post a picture of the fish and tank?
