hi, I have heard males will nip each other anwithout females. I do not know if this is true but in my small tank I have 3 female guppies and they live fine with each other, no nipping e.t.tc so, I was just wandering if you wanted to know that
Right you are, demonmagus. Males without females are nippy. No one in Ethos's tank is going to have perfect finnage. I can pretty much guarantee you that. It might not even work out, 2 males could gang up on the weaker one. So you need to be prepared to take them out, and seperate them should this happen. Nipping is normal. Chasing is normal. Looking like one is trying to kill the other, and is making his life miserable is not normal (well, it is actually kinda common to see that). But you should take them out, and seperate them.
