Co2 For 260 Liters

Hello anyone can help me how many bubbles of CO2 per how many seconds i need when required for 260 liters planted aquarium? Im not sure if you can measure it that way or if its measured that way lol, Also do i use swicth on co2 system for a day time only and then at king switch it off or can i just leave it on? And one more question where is best place to place the bubbles to come out? eg filter outflow to carry co2 around aquarium?
