I don't have any at the moment, but have kept them several times. I like them very much, but they do tend to chew on the plants rather more then I care for!
Something that is a little odd about them is their eggs. You'd expect a fish that size to produce 2-300 largish eggs, with big, easy to raise fry, in fact they produce literally thousands of tiny eggs and the fry are minute - really rather difficult to raise.
