Cloudy Tank

Hey my 20 gallon is getting really cloudy, and there is fuzzy looking stuff stuck to the plants and everything in the tank. The filter floss was also muddy looking, so I rinsed it out and put it back in, the next day it was dirty again. There are tons of particles floating in the tank. I do water changes once a week and I vacuum the bottom, so I have no idea what is causing this. is it some kind of algae? the fish don't seem to mind

Is the water green and cloudy? the particle attached to your plant is it some green hairy stuff?

no its white cloudy looking. the stuff stuck to the plants looks like white fuzz....
