Clipping plants?

I would like to clip this plant (I'm not sure of the name, sorry) that's growing like crazy. Is there a way I can clip a piece and plant it somewhere else in the tank?

I enclosed pictures of it taking over my 10 gal, please ignore the gravel color ;-). I did not pick it out.

One pic is with flash... one isn't... I'm not sure which one now.

So can someone show me where and how to clip it? Or do I just pull a stem?

Looks like a rotala genus. You can clip half length of it and plant the cliping and you'll double it

You can cut it anywhere and it will keep growing. THat plant also uses ammonia directly from the water and food.

Yup, no worries, just clip the stem where you want. Trim the cut top to remove any badly crushed or damaged stem. Generally I float a clipping for a few days to allow a crust to form on the cut end, it tends to prevent the cut end rotting when planted.

OK found out the name. Looks just like mine.

Rotala rotundifolia. barbus was correct.
