Chinese Algae Eater Skin Prob?

MY CAE never had a prob before and always seemed hidden in my cave, but lately is always out and eating a ton of food, wall stuff but i just noticed today his head the skin or scales is peeled away and it is pinkish color there is no white stuff and I don't see ICH stuff on any of the fish...Here's some kinda crappy pics of it, might not be clear but hope u get the idea. Please help!
