Nice looking plant! I started with one anubias 1/3rd of this size 12 years ago, all anubias parts, plants, leaves, smalls, stems and anything I own now, which is in volume like triple the amount on the OP picture, are from this same one damn plant. You cut it, wait for it to grow new parts, cut again, different lights, flows, tanks, parameters.
I think it is closer to a trifid or a cockroach than a plant
