Changed Tank From Gravel To Sand Any Advice?

im awaiting the arrival of 2 dwarf puffer fish for a species only tank and yester day i got some sand to put in the tank im housing them in, i removed the gravel and put sand in..minor mistake the water is now partly cloudy, any suggestions how i can fix this?

my 2 little puffers arrived yetserday afternoon and settling in well to there new tank must say 1st thoughts of them are WOW!! gave them nicknames as well - piennar and cahill!!! fantastic fish to keep in a species only
