Change Over

i am looking to change my fish tank round tonight and to change the gravel.

how do i go about this? im was goiing to put the fish in a different tank whilst i empty water and change stones over.

do i keep old water or do i start all over again?

Id follow the step in this pinned topic but substitute the sand for gravel if that's what you're going to use.
