They dont kill them, there wouldnt be no point after spending up to 3 hours+ bringing the beautys in.plus pointless and heartless!
There's a lake in barcelona, Ebro i think they have the biggest catfish in europe.looks like thats where it is.

i used to fish and had /have an awful amount of respect for them...espically cats..

..the fish are photographed and released.
it is illegal to do otherwise...also very very wrong..i cant stress enough how cruel i think it is to kil a fish for the sake of it...but these people that fish there are pros and would be just as horrified as you or me, im sure.

i know what everyone will say, im cruel for having fished, but i started as a child and grew out of it.

I personally like fishing. I think it brings awareness about the quality of our rivers and streams. It also supports the reservation of wildland. I feel the same way about hunting too. I don't mind if they kill the fish they catch as long as they eat them. And as long as they don't catch too many. As long as the stream can support itself after being fished I have no problem with it.

I agree, fishing is an always has been an integral part of human life forever! i dont agree with over fishing espically in the north atlantic.

Its better to educate people than to tell them not to do something, because most of the time they will do it anyway!

Hunting to eat, yes...for people who's lives depend on it...not for sport!

fox hunting......NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I i ever saw a fox hunter, i cant say i wouldnt kick his ass all over the show

OH NO I think we may be hijacking a thread here. I won't post again about this i guess. I think hunting for sport is fine. But again I think that a hunter should eat anything he kills and that he should be responsible when it comes to overhunting. If the forest can sustain itself after the hunters gone I don't mind. One type of hunting I greatly approve of is Photo scope hunting. I made the name up on the spot but its when a hunter uses a fake gun with a camera scope on it. when he pulls the trigger it snaps a shot of his kill without killing it. I'm sure there are things about fox hunting that I don't know about so I won't comment on it. I don't see how killing a cow in a slaughter house is better than killing a deer in the woods. At least the deer lived a wild life and had a chance of escape. btw I prefer bowhunting over guns because it seems more fair to the animals. I should add that I am not a hunter.

i agree hunters should eat what they kill, i go trout fishing on lakes etc, if i kill a fish i will always eat it.

that would be an average size wels cat.very large cat.i have seen 1 before.not muchh bigger than that.a near-by aquarium HAD 1.very .......hungry.ate all its slow swimming tank mates.

i love the outdoors.i do everything.hunt,fish,trap...but i love fishing the most.and when i trap i sell the pelts for a good amount which is a way of money for me.i feel its wrong to kill suttin to kill it though.unless it has a purpose for its death
