It's a 10 gallon. Any ideas would be appreciated-maybe I have to do close to 100 percent change--maybe it's in the gravel...

try a undergravel filter and powerfilter combo with stress zyme

Add some carbon to your filter. Carbon is a chemical filter and should clear it right up.
