Cant Find Two Male Guppies

I cannot find my favorite beautiful colorful young male in the 55 gal tank. I cannot find the other older male guppy too. I just noticed it yesterday. I searched all over and nothing. Oh no, not one of them ate it or them? 
 
lots of young new baby male guppies(colorful)
a couple baby female and one big female guppies
three new kuhli loaches 2.5 - 3" (new addition)

6 longfins
one catfish(bumble bee)-hardly seen it
 
lots of new low light plants(doing well)

I'd suspect the Cae, they can get territorial & have a habit of sucking other fishes slime coat.
If that's happened & the guppies died then the other fish will eat them
