Can you help sex this dwarf gourami?

Hi all! I’ve had this dwarf gourami for a while now, and I can’t tell if it is a male or female. I know males have pointed dorsal fins and females rounded. I have two other males that have very prominent pointed fins versus this one is somewhat pointed but not as prominent, hence my hesitation.

It's not a true honey gourami, but a thick-lipped hybrid.
